... On 6th  June 1944, a supply train, running on
the Bordeaux-Aurillac line, was attacked by the Resistance
near the station of Port-de-Gagnac.
Three german soldiers were killed and eight others
taken prison, tons of food and materials recovered.
A resistance fighter was killed. The dead german soldiers
 were buried near the departmental headquarters
of the Resistance, installed in the castle of Lagrenerie ...
